1dm32634_ink_liThis website & blog is a safe space for all of us to share our stories on forgiveness.  It comes out of my own journey learning how to love myself and what works to truly help me forgive … fully.

I’ve struggled with an eating disorder since puberty and on a deeper level, battled with self-criticism and even self-hatred.  My mom was murdered in my 30s.  And through all of this, somewhere deep inside is a still voice that says, “I am love.”

I am committed to knowing this completely and have been practicing forgiveness for many years.  I also completed a doctorate program in spiritual science, where I did a Practical Treatise on self-forgiveness and living in our hearts.  I’m grateful for the awareness of choosing compassion and acceptance best I can, moment to moment.

I’d love for you to share your stories too.  Please comment on my entries! Feel free to explore a Forgiving Session or join our Forgiving Group on Facebook!  Watch a Forgiving Fours video! Thank you and many blessings to you on your own path of forgiving.

With Great Love,

Debbie Roth<3

  1. I absolutely love the idea for your blog: a safe space to share stories of forgiveness. It’s positive in a heartbreaking way, because don’t we all have secrets that we’re ashamed of, secrets we wish we could be forgiven for? I’m looking forward to seeing what stories you have to share 🙂

      1. It is a lovely, historic city – for sure. Always lots going on and plenty to see. I was born in Sheffield, which is very hilly and that’s something I miss in York – it’s rather flat.
Still – lots to compensate me: Japanese tourists, walls, a nice Chinese takeaway around the corner and a steady job. It’s all good! 😉

  4. Hi Debbie, I’m black from my trip visiting my daughter, read about yourself. Sorry about your mom. Great thing you’re doing in all areas of forgiving. I think there are two comments I made in Forgiving one another is still waiting for your moderations. Again, I’m glad we’re connected. I read some of your blogs and come back to read the rest. You’re blessed!! I’m grateful to see what is going on in your journey. Miriam

  6. Debbie, I just came over from Nikki’s Meet and Greet. I admire the courage it takes to be vulnerable and open about your struggles, as well as your victories in the form of forgiveness. I’ll be following along.
