Today’s forgiving journal: A bonus forgiving video!

Hi again, everyone …

I just did a video asking if anyone else is struggling with old patterns today and what keys help you to forgive.  I also shared a key that works for me.

I’d love, love, love to hear your comments, your inspirations, and anything else you want to share!

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah everyone. ❤

I love you.

Love,

Debbie

  1. Debbie, sometimes one just journals, writes out i let go , i accept them, its okay, i no longer expect. I forgive i move on. I am good and i am loved. I wrote that or a version of this for a goid few months. I read stuff and tried new stuff in my. Life. Amped up the meditation.and kept at it .. and i looked forward to an opportunity to meet the difficult person or situation to see how much i had moved on. Whicj presented it self and i was able to better than ever. I also know i still need to work this pains are deep down and some feelings on inadequacy are deep so i just keep on keeping with journaling the pain out..affirmations, gratitude, changing my mindset… meditation and i do feel free-er but because this psin is particularly deep and ehen it happen i was too young to undrrstand not give it negative energy.. i posted a few meditations as part of blogmas 2016 check them out…and a few video of robin sharma in dec… you may find someting. But long formed patterns take time to let go.. but finding a positive response letting go…for me has helped me so much. In my difficult situation…but i know i have mote work

  2. I forgot to say when we get hurt or feel pain..we create negative karmic bondages..and that takes a lot of work to release..when i release the other automatically releases. I make my time and mind pure no matter.. also i just sad to god several times that this situation has been going on for years and i cant fix and can you fix it.. then the 3 days of spirtuality classes we got at raja yoga mediation taught by the Brahma Kumaris has really helped me let go.. one thought is god is my companion and only he can protected..also god should be the first wake up it should be god as my first thought
If thats not the case i need to work on it

    1. Thank you so much for sharing. What lovely keys to forgive … and to just be with yourself through the process. I appreciate your wisdom and your caring and creativity. Blessings to you, Bella!! ❤ (Letting go is a great one for me too! And just keeping at it 🙂 )

  3. Absolutely Debbie. My biggest ‘key’ is to letting myself feel the feelings I have and then to be as real as possible with myself about what is true and what is just my leftover baggage. I try really hard to talk to myself the way I would talk to a person I care deeply for. I try to be as compassionate and understanding and accepting as I would be with someone else. It works eventually…even in the worst of situations.
    Much love to you. ❤

  4. Merry Christmas ( a few days late) Debbie. When I notice I’m stuck in a pattern, I say a little prayer. I also write about it as a release and it tends to help. I hope you are adjusting well to your new place. Sending many blessings to you.😀💗🙏

  5. I love you exactly as you are too Debbie! I think Xmas is always a difficult time emotionally for many of us as we often hold a strong emotional connection through this season to the past .. our childhood, growing up, people who are no longer around etc. so it’s understandable that we really ‘feel’ old emotions or some new ones for those who have lost loved ones too.. I think you’re right to just ‘accept’ that it’s ok to feel that ‘draw back’… I hope it’s working for you Debbie… I think the one thing blogging brings is a connection that means you aren’t ‘alone’… spiritually we’re close, even if physically we aren’t stood by your side…
Happy Hanukkha Debbie and I hope you’re dreams for 2017 come true.. I love the video too.. xx

    1. God Wendy, that is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your caring with me and on this blog. It is palpable. I also love what you shared that we are together spiritually even if not physically in the same room. I am moved by this truth.
Have a wonderful, terrific and magnificent new year, Wendy! I’m rooting for your heartfelt prayers to be heard and full of love! Blessings, Debbie
