Today’s forgiving journal: Following our hearts

Today’s forgiving journal is about following our hearts.

I’m currently on my way to Los Angeles.   It’s for a class that I’ve already taken on spiritual psychology.  I’ll need to go back to NY afterward to pack up and move to LA in the middle of the month.  And yet, here I am … sitting on the plane …. and following my heart.

I’m doing this program to help me expand into what’s next in my life, both personally and professionally.  I could use a little help with envisioning what I really want, as well as taking care of myself in the process.

I am so grateful for choosing into this opportunity.

Time for forgiving:

1 – Self-forgiveness: I forgive myself for judging myself for feeling scared to state what I truly want.  I forgive myself for judging that I’m not going to … get it?  Do it right? Have help? I forgive it all!

2 – Letting Go: I let go of all this judgment into a big ol’ ball of loving!!  (just like my heart)

3 – Gratitude: I am grateful for the many blessings coming my way, and to myself for choosing to see and participate in them best I can.  Thank you, Debbie Roth.

I just received this quote in my email today:

Welcome your life completely. Greet it as a long-lost friend or, even better, as your best friend.  ~John Morton

Perfect timing – I welcome my life completely!

So glad that you all are here.  Thank you for being my blogging community. 🙂

I love you.

Love,

Debbie

ps – this may be my only blog post for this week, since I’ll be in the class through Sunday. Blessings to all!

  1. Glad to know you’re following your heart…that’s the only way to go. I’m in a spiritual class in Rockland NY…it’s for three years. Just completed my first year. It’s eye opening…as well as heart opening. Best of luck to you.

    1. Thank you, Rhonda! The soul-centered living class was amazing. I’m doing it each month for 10 months as a way to support myself in the move, and learn more about what’s next for me from my heart. 🙂 Much loving to you! Hugs back xo
