Today’s forgiving blog is about letting go of perfection.
In my last journal, I wrote about a 3-part forgiving tool, “Forgiving Journal”. How about I practice what I’m writing by doing it in this blog!
OK so here are the parts of the journal: Self-forgiveness, Letting Go, Gratitude.
Here I go:
I forgive myself for judging myself as unlovable if I am not doing things perfectly.
I let this judgment go into the Light, I ask for help from Spirit to release it, to love myself, and to forget it (for the highest good).
I am grateful for the word, Gratitude. It is a positive direction for me to focus on instead of trying to be perfect. YES!!!
This is my process for today.
So many blessings to all. Oh – I have a quote on perfection to share with you! It’s from a card that a dear friend gave to me on my birthday. It is a heartfelt prayer of mine to see perfection this way, with a lot of trust and blessings, and a whole lotta loving – what a way to refocus what perfection truly means! (Feel free to interchange God with another word if that works better for you.)
