When you work with me, we create a safe space for you to explore what you’d like to let go of and how to love and accept yourself in more depth. Together, we ask the question, “Who would you be if you weren’t judging?” It’s a great question, and with one step at a time, the answers come with grace and joy.
I wrote a poem for my clients. Here it is, followed by testimonials from folks who have worked with me in some way. I hope that just in reading this, you are touched by the gift of your own magnificence.

Debbie Roth is a great Forgiveness coach. She lives and breathes forgiveness. I practiced forgiveness in her classes with her guidance. Her loving wisdom is very nurturing. I learned a lot from my classmates and Debbie. My understanding of forgiveness has deepened. I am very grateful for participating in her recent women’s group especially. I was able to create images of myself at peace with myself. I had not been able to do that before.

I just wanted to start off by saying that for so long I’ve been undervaluing the power of forgiveness and how it can and will manifest into abundance when I let go of the grudges caused by old hurts and I’m there as of today I’ve released the heaviest and oldest wounds I’ve carried for years and it feels so good, thank you for coming into my life and helping me to free up some space through the practice of letting go. I feel empty yet full at the same time.

Thank you for your encouragement, here, and for the awesome session, yesterday.
This morning, I looked in the mirror and liked who I saw! That is amazing for me. :-))
I took a walk and said many forgivenesses for myself and others around the situation we’d discussed. I was surprised with where it took me; into some dark and deep crevices which I had not acknowledged, until now!
As I continue to integrate the teachings, I’ll keep practicing, especially, the 3 steps of self-forgiveness, letting go, and gratitude.
Really great work you do, Dear Debbie! I am honored to have been a recipient of your skills and expertise in coaching. Thank you for sharing and caring. I cherish our connection.
Debbie, I just wanted to stop in and say I have been thinking about you lots lately! I started my new job and realized something about myself……… I am super, super hard and unforgiving of myself. Immediately I started thinking back to so many of your wise words about the importance of self- forgiveness. You are a light and I’m thankful for the love you share in this world. Thank you for always giving of yourself so others may discover how to heal parts of their own selves as well. Sending you tons of love ❤
